Maintain custom banking and accounting software test environment and source code constructed from C#, C++, VB, and Delphi. Develop .NET utilities to maintain production and test lab software integrity, Primary escalation resource for Bank of America’s overseas military division.
Key Accomplishments: Developed .NET utilities that reduce the burden caused by remote network lag to expedite the execution of know resolutions and investigate issues. My latest project was a VB.NET windows application that created a new bank branch specific SQL database then collected information from each of the computers at a site. New equipment was put in place and the disc or net copy of the SQL database was then used by my software to populate the configuration and history from the old replaced computer.
Environment: Windows 2000-2003 Server, Office 2007, SQL 2000-2005, Visual Studio .NET, Install Shield Developer, Windows XP/Vista, Norton Ghost.

Wausau Financial Systems Albuquerque, New Mexico
Supply software, hardware, and Network support to project engineers and work with software development to identify and resolve product issues. Construct testing environments and craft documentation for new and existing software development primarily for deployment to banks on overseas U.S. military bases.
Key Accomplishments: Wrote custom Visual Basic programs and scripts to automate the software build process reducing the time to production from 2 hours to 30 minutes. Developed an electronic document (request form) that was filled out with all the build specific information, upon submission or printing of the document a copy would be placed in folder on the build machine. A module I developed to monitor any changes to the folder would trigger a sequence of parameter checking then automatically initiate the software build sequence extracting the specified build parameters from the document. Built a “Real World” test environment to anticipate and resolve issues that would have otherwise occurred in the field.
Environment: Windows 2000-2003 Server, MS Source Safe, ARC Serve, Visual Basic, Adobe Photoshop, Install Shield Developer, custom financial software, Biometric security devices.
